    ACC Committee

    The ACC Committee is responsible to review and approve or deny any ACC Request Forms submitted by the residents. This committee is also responsible to recommend action on any violation of the Association regulations or bylaws that negatively affect the appearance and functionality of our community.

    Building and Grounds Committee

    The Building and Grounds Committee will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the community. They will work closely with our management company on these issues. They will also be responsible for researching and prioritizing maintenance issues that have been deferred in the past. They will obtain estimates on these issues and refer them to the board for action. At times they will conduct studies requested by the board.

    Social Committee

    The role of the social committee is to organize events and activities that foster positive relationships among the residents. The committee is responsible for planning activities that address the various interests of all the residents.

Webmaster

    What is a Webmaster?

    A Webmaster is the administrator of a website.

    Generally, a webmaster's responsibilities include:

    • Register and maintain the website's domain name and email addresses
    • Maintain uptime on the web, database, and SMTP farms
    • Design the website, or direct page designers and software developers
    • Monitor the size of the site to ensure allowed bandwidth and disk space is not exceeded
    • Plan future growth, requirements and limitations of the website

    The Webmaster cannot answer questions regarding your HOA dues, grant access to amenities, or provide any information about the inner-workings of the HOA, events, budget's, ACC approvals, etc.
