  1. 2019 Annual Meeting of the Members

    Start of Event: November 26, 2019

    We are pleased to announce that the Annual Meeting of the Members has been scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, 2019. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss normal business of the Association and to present information on current Association affairs.

    Enclosed in this packet you will find the agenda, the Board candidacy form and a proxy. Even if you plan on attending it is important that you return your proxy as unforeseen circumstances may occur, preventing you from being able to attend. The Annual Meeting cannot be held unless quorum requirements are met, either in person or by proxy. If a meeting must be reconvened for a later date, additional costs to the Association are incurred. If you do not wish to assign your proxy for voting purposes please check the box indicating “for quorum purposes only”.

  • 3rd Amendment to the Amended & Restated Condominium Declaration

    The Board of Directors and Essex have been diligently working to enhance the aesthetics, safety and soundness of the community. The 3rd Amendment to the Amended & Restated Condominium Declaration is for all Owners and Residents to refer to. The provisions in the amendment will be diligently enforced effective as of August, 22, 2019. By clicking on the link below, you may view the 3rd Amendment to the CC&R’s. Please take some time to review and familiarize yourself with the new rules and policies. Adherence with the covenants and rules of the Association helps to ensure a beautiful and safe community for our families and future neighbors who may choose to call Lewisville Water’s Edge home.

  • Pet Rule Amendment and Registration Form

    Published: April 26, 2018

    At a November 2017 meeting of the Board, a unanimous vote to amend rules and regulations regarding pets was passed by the Board. Attached you will find a flyer reflecting the change in the rules. This becomes effective immediately. A recorded copy of the change in the rules and regulations will be mailed to all homeowners and posted to the website once it is made available. Thank you for your cooperation in abiding by these new rules.
